Job Summary
Repair and maintain office equipment for customers with a focus on reducing downtime, delivering exceptional customer service, and possessing strong knowledge of various brands of office equipment. Provide end-user training, track and update service calls in Remote Tech, and act as a technical/resource for the Service team. Create and execute preventative maintenance schedules, organize daily duties, manage parts inventory, and collaborate with the Parts Manager to ensure timely repairs. Must be able to lift 45 lbs, drive to sites, and work independently while upholding safety and quality standards. Proficiency with print drivers/connectivity and strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience preferred in multi-function printing technologies
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Must be comfortable working independently
- Must have a basic understanding of print drivers/connectivity
- Must be able to lift 45 lbs
- Valid Driver's License
- Proof of Car Insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
