Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for ensuring efficient operation and maintenance of the facility and equipment, performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing and repairing machinery, adhering to GMP and EHS policies, reading equipment manuals and CMMS documentation, coordinating with OEMs for support, and responding to after-hours and weekend maintenance requests to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field preferred
- 1 to 3 years in manufacturing maintenance or 1 to 3 years in relevant technical services
- Experience with troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems such as hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, and other drive train components
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations
