Job Summary
Provides very basic support of installation, maintenance, and repair of building systems and equipment to clients or project sites. Chiller Operatorship responsibilities include ensuring on-time opening/closing of chillers, monitoring water levels and temperatures, inspecting and documenting plant equipment, performing preventive maintenance with the Project Engineer, completing daily service reports and client communications, maintaining a clean work area, and reporting concerns to the client and Project Engineer. Chiller Technician duties include preventive maintenance, check-ups and repairs of chiller units, making necessary repairs and recommendations for damaged units, and preparing daily service reports. Requires Refrigeration and Aircon Servicing Certification (DomRAC II) and 3-5 years of related experience; open to VRV/VRF and AHU experience. Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of Refrigeration and Aircon Servicing Certification (DomRAC II)
- Has at least 3-5 year related work experience in chiller operatorship and troubleshooting
- High preference to candidates who has experience on centralize chillers
- Open for candidates with VRV/VRF and AHU experience
