Service Technician

Installs basic system field devices and performs commissioning using standard configuration and commissioning tools. Troubleshoots and resolves problems, and responds to basic warranty calls. Keeps Johnson Controls (JCI), contractors, and the customer informed of job progress and issues as needed. Requires a 2-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, with 4+ years suggested minimum experience. Delivers output according to operational targets; explains facts, practices, and policies to internal and external parties. Individual contributor role with responsibilities confined to locations within the country.
