Job Summary
Service Technician responsible for day-to-day maintenance operations of the community, including general maintenance and repairs, plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, heating and cooling, and other building systems, plus grounds/curb appeal management and “make ready” renovations. Must communicate effectively with residents, fellow associates, vendors, and supervisors; read, write, and speak English sufficiently to perform essential job functions and document policy; HVAC certification required; HS diploma/GED (bachelor’s preferred); 1 year general maintenance experience; ability to work evenings, weekends, or on-call; valid driver’s license.
