Service Technician IV

Oversee and lead up to 10 HVAC Technicians while ensuring timely, cost-effective start-ups of maintenance contracts and efficient job installations. Perform ongoing contract reviews to align costs with financial plans, negotiate subcontract agreements, and serve as the primary contact for customer concerns. Utilize the Service Management System to establish work plans that maximize team capabilities and ensure commitments are met. Provide expert counsel on scheduled preventive maintenance, inspecting equipment to verify satisfactory working order and responding to emergency calls to minimize downtime. Offer coaching and leadership, analyze systems for repairs or upgrades, and support sales by assisting with job site surveys and providing technical training. Maintain a safe work environment by implementing OSHA-compliant practices and conducting required safety training. Participate in performance evaluations of Service Technicians and provide timely feedback to reduce potential call backs.
