Job Summary
Conduct mechanical repair, overhaul, and maintenance on compressed air equipment and generators, including troubleshooting electrical and mechanical faults using diagnostic tools. Perform scheduled maintenance tasks such as inspecting components, cleaning oil and air coolers, changing oil, and re-greasing motors to prevent breakdowns. Provide technical assistance to customers regarding mechanical systems, offering guidance on troubleshooting and usage to optimize performance. Maintain accurate records of diagnoses, repairs, and parts used, completing service reports and work permits. Adhere to safety protocols, including Job Hazard Analysis and personal lockout/tagout procedures, while traveling domestically and internationally as required.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Maintenance field service environment
- Australian Manual Drivers Licence
- Experience with Pneumatic Equipment
- Skills in fault finding in Compressed Air Equipment
- Commitment to workplace safety
- ‘C’ class driver's license
