Job Summary
Service Technician to troubleshoot and repair solar array racking, seal roof penetrations, and install related equipment. Responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting system malfunctions, completing projects within policies, procedures, time frames, and budgets, maintaining quality assurance and safety, and communicating with customers professionally. Key skills include troubleshooting with Enphase and SolarEdge, using a voltmeter and multimeter for electrical testing, basic residential electrical knowledge, use of hand and power tools, teamwork, organizational skills, math for material calculations, and proficiency with ION technology (Paycom, FieldPro, Salesforce, smartphones). Requires a valid driver's license, ability to work at heights, and physical fitness to lift up to 50 pounds. Education: high school diploma or equivalent; experience in electrical, roofing, or framing; OSHA compliance; solar experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- More than 1 year of previous construction experience in electrical, roofing, or framing
- Solar experience is preferred
- Electrical and roofing experience preferred
- OSHA compliance
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and be willing to submit to a Motorized Vehicle Report
