Job Summary
The Residential Service Technician troubleshoots, configures, reconstructs and programs security and site-automation solutions, including fire/CO detection, networking, hosted video, and access control. Responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical plans, testing system signals with central monitoring, readjusting or replacing faulty equipment, coordinating inspections with police/fire departments, and providing customer-focused service to ensure home protection. Requires a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or GED, with at least 2 years of service experience in ADT or a comparable product line.

- Standing, stooping, lifting ,climbing ,crawling
