Job Summary
Troubleshoot, configure, and repair security and site automation solutions, including fire, carbon monoxide detection, and access control systems. Test and validate system signals with central monitoring, read blueprints and electrical plans to locate wiring issues, and replace inoperative equipment. Prepare trouble order forms for temporary repairs and coordinate inspections with police or fire departments as needed. Maintain customer service standards while advising customers and the customer care center on system status. Valid driver's license and high school diploma required.
