Job Summary
Troubleshoot, configure, and repair security and site automation solutions, including fire detection, networking, and access control systems. Test system signals with central monitoring, read blueprints and electrical plans to locate wiring issues, and replace inoperative equipment. Coordinate inspections with police, fire, or other agencies, and prepare trouble order forms to report repairs. Maintain customer service standards while diagnosing and alleviating concerns regarding home security systems.
Required Qualifications
- Service experience

- Thrive in the face of uncertainty
- Valid driver's license
- High School degree or the equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience installing and inspecting/repairing ADT or comparable product line
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to read building electrical and sprinkler plans as required for clearing equipment trouble
- Standing, stooping, lifting ,climbing ,crawling
