Job Summary
Troubleshoot, configure, and repair security and site automation solutions, including fire detection, networking, and access control systems. Test and validate system signals with central monitoring, locate damaged equipment or wiring, and read blueprints to complete repairs. Prepare trouble order forms and coordinate inspections with police or fire departments as needed. Maintain customer service standards while advising customers and the customer care center on system status. Requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma, and minimum two years of experience installing and inspecting ADT or comparable products.
