Job Summary
Troubleshoot, configure, and repair security and site automation solutions, including fire detection, networking, and access control systems. Test system signals with central monitoring, read blueprints and electrical plans to locate wiring issues, and replace inoperative equipment. Coordinate inspections with police or fire departments as needed and prepare trouble order forms for temporary repairs. Maintain a customer-focused mindset while advising clients on system status and protection features. Requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma, and minimum two years of experience installing and repairing ADT or comparable products.
