Job Summary
Troubleshoot, configure, and repair security systems, fire detection, and access control by reading blueprints, replacing inoperative equipment, and validating signals with central monitoring. Prepare trouble order forms, coordinate inspections with police or fire departments, and advise customers on system status while maintaining wired and wireless connection procedures. Requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma, and minimum two years of experience installing and inspecting ADT products.
