Service Technician - Intermediate

Troubleshoot and alleviate customer concerns regarding security systems by locating and repairing damaged equipment or wiring. Readjust inoperative gear, replace faulty components, and test for proper operation while interpreting blueprints and electrical plans. Coordinate inspections and installations with police or fire departments as needed, and prepare trouble order forms to report temporary repairs. Advise customers and the customer care center on system status and processes. Requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma, and at least eight years of experience installing and inspecting ADT or comparable products.
