Service Technician - Industrial Machinery

Job Summary
Perform equipment repairs at customer sites and the office, conducting electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on dry ice blasting and manufacturing machinery. Provide technical remote support and hands-on diagnostics while generating service quotes, updating job entries in company software, and completing associated paperwork. Schedule workloads, manage parts inventory, and resolve customer issues diplomatically to ensure 100% satisfaction and drive parts sales. Travel up to 10% of the time to support field operations. Listen to customer needs with empathy, build long-term relationships, and apply logical methodologies to solve problems in stressful environments.
Required Qualifications
- Able and willing to travel up to 10% of the time
- 5+ years' experience in field service working with mechanical equipment
- Proficient level skills with MS Office, especially Excel, and ERP & CRM applications
- Strong business communication skills, from oral presentations to business writing
- High attention to detail
- Strong mechanical aptitude
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in a technical field or equivalent military training preferred
