Job Summary
Diagnose and repair vehicles for Porsche Sugar Land, reviewing vehicle history files and factory bulletins, requesting and tracking parts, conducting tests and test drives, and documenting work while maintaining cleanliness and safety. Responsibilities include communicating findings to dispatch/advisor/team leader, completing required training, and upholding high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced dealership environment with a focus on customer care and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ Service Technician experience
- Porsche Service Technician experienced preferred
- Porsche Bronze Certification (or higher) preferred
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Completion of technical training school or factory apprentice program
- Ability to communicate both verbally and with written documentation
- Self-motivated and diligent
- Positive attitude
- Extremely organized with dedicated attention to detail
- Clear focus on delivering work of the highest quality
- Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check
