Job Summary
Service Repair Technician role in Perrysburg, OH responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing commercial housekeeping equipment such as carpet extractors, floor scrubbers, and vacuums; establish relationships with assigned accounts and provide excellent customer service; maintain up-to-date records of services performed; purchase parts and supplies and track inventory; properly demonstrate equipment to customers; coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction; continually enhance industry and equipment knowledge; follow safety and housekeeping procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- A valid driver's license and a clean MVR
- Prior service, repair, and maintenance experience
- Electrical and mechanical experience
- Experience with commercial housekeeping equipment
- Excellent communication skills
