Service Technician III - Security Integration

Job Summary
Install, program, and configure advanced security systems including CCTV, access control, and alarm platforms while troubleshooting malfunctions and conducting preventive maintenance. Perform regular system inspections, software upgrades, and customer training on equipment usage. Document all service activities and assist in planning new security projects. Maintain compliance with safety protocols and industry standards while working at heights and lifting up to 100 lbs. Operate with minimal supervision as a resource for junior technicians. Base pay ranges from $29.00 to $44.50 hourly with overtime available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 5+ years of experience in security systems installation and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of security technologies, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for both customer interactions and collaboration with team members
- Able to safely work at heights on ladders and aerial lifts
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift and move up to 100 lbs.
- Must be comfortable standing for long periods of time and complete overhead work for long periods of time
- Must have a current, valid driver's license in the state of which you are applying and have the ability to meet our company driving standards
