Service Technician III

Job Summary
Install, service, and troubleshoot industrial machinery at customer facilities; read and interpret blueprints to install, position, and commission equipment; diagnose electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues and perform system testing and final acceptance; manage field service schedules and travel while supporting customer accounts; build strong customer relationships through responsive technical support; document service activity, manage parts lookups and orders, refurbish equipment as needed, and maintain organized service records.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in equipment maintenance, manufacturing, or repair
- Strong troubleshooting expertise with electrical motor controls, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- Experience with PLC and HMI control systems, including programming and diagnostics
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in field environments
- Willingness to travel up to 40%
