Service Technician III (Master CFESA Certified)

Job Summary
Maintenance and repair of customer equipment including gas, electric, water, refrigeration and steam powered commercial kitchen and HVAC equipment. Must be trained in at least two skill sets and maintain three of the four CFESA certifications; serves on on-call roster with weekend/holiday coverage and may work overtime. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing complex equipment, documenting tasks via tablet (parts orders, work orders, timesheets), communicating with customers, ensuring proper tools and parts are available, monitoring truck stock, maintaining the service vehicle and uniforms, and mentoring/ training other employees. Performs duties with safety as priority, participates in available training, and supports branch targets for response time and first-time fix rates. Contacts include internal branch staff and external customers with occasional factory warranty interactions.
Required Qualifications
- 3 Years of applicable experience
- CFESA Master Technician with three of the four CFESA certifications
- Valid Driver's license and driving record that all aligns with our safety standards
- Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required
