Job Summary
Maintains and repairs commercial kitchen and HVAC equipment across gas, electric, water, refrigeration, and steam systems; mentors and trains staff; documents tasks via tablet, manages parts on vehicle, and communicates with customers about repairs; participates in weekend/holiday on-call rotations with overtime as needed; works independently with daily supervision; possesses CFESA Master Technician status with three of four certifications and at least three years of relevant experience; operates with company vehicle, uniforms, and ongoing training to improve skills.
Required Qualifications
- CFESA Master Technician with three of the four CFESA certifications
- 3 Years of applicable experience
- Valid Driver's license and driving record
- Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen
