Maintenance and repair of gas, electric, water, refrigeration and steam powered commercial kitchen and HVAC equipment; trained in at least two skill sets, CFESA Master Technician with three of the four CFESA certifications; lead/mentor and train other employees; on-call weekend/holiday duties with overtime as needed; document tasks via tablet (parts orders, work orders, timesheets); communicate professionally with customers; manage stock on the service vehicle; maintain vehicle, tools, uniforms; complete background check and drug screen; valid driver’s license; sign-on bonus for qualified technicians; benefits include medical, dental, retirement plans, and paid time off.
