Service Technician III (Master CFESA Certified)

Job Summary
Maintain and repair gas, electric, water, refrigeration, and steam-powered commercial kitchen and HVAC equipment while adhering to all safety policies and using proper tools. Document tasks, parts orders, and timesheets via tablet, monitor truck stock for required parts, and maintain service vehicles, tools, and uniforms. Troubleshoot issues independently with daily supervision, communicate repair status to customers, collect payment on COD jobs, and obtain correct part numbers. Participate in weekend and holiday on-call rotations, work regular overtime as needed, and contribute to branch targets for response time and first-time fix rates. Mentor and train other employees while obtaining correct certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen
- Must be at least 18 yrs of age
- 1 Year of applicable experience
- Valid Driver's license and driving record that aligns with our safety standards
- CFESA Master Technician with three of the four CFESA certifications
- Must have three of the four CFESA certifications
- Must be assigned to the on-call roster
- Must be available for weekend/holiday on-call rotation
- Must be available for regular overtime
