Service Technician III (Master CFESA Certified)

Job Summary
Troubleshoot and repair gas, electric, water, refrigeration, and steam-powered commercial kitchen and HVAC equipment while adhering to all safety policies and using proper hand and power tools. Document tasks, parts orders, and timesheets on a tablet, monitor truck stock for required parts, and maintain service vehicles, tools, and uniforms. Communicate professionally with customers regarding repair status and collect payment on COD jobs. Work independently with daily supervision, participate in weekend and holiday on-call rotations, and contribute to branch targets for response time and first-time fix rates. Collect payment on COD jobs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen
- 3 Years of applicable experience
- Valid Driver's license and driving record that all aligns with our safety standards
- CFESA Master Technician with three of the four CFESA certifications
- Must have three of the four CFESA certifications
- assigned to the on-call roster
- Participate as scheduled for weekend/holiday on-call rotation
- work regular overtime as needed
