Service Technician III (Master Certified Service Technician)

Job Summary
Maintains and repairs gas, electric, water, refrigeration and steam powered commercial kitchen and HVAC equipment. Travels to customer sites with a focus on safety and quality, troubleshooting, parts documentation, and timely communication of repairs status. Uses tablet to document tasks (parts orders, work orders, timesheets) and collaborates with customers to explain required repairs. Demonstrates leadership by mentoring and training other employees, participates in on-call rotations on weekends/holidays, and contributes to branch targets for response time and first-time fix rates. Proficient with hand and power tools, maintains service vehicle and uniforms, ensures inventory readiness, and supports ongoing training and industry certifications. External interactions include frequent contact with customers and occasional warranty inspections with factories.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen
- Valid Driver's license and driving record that aligns with our safety standards
- 1 Year of applicable experience
- CFESA Master Technician with three of the four CFESA certifications
