Job Summary
Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner by repairing and/or installing all appliances and HVAC units to maintain a quality dwelling. Provide excellent customer service to residents while handling other general maintenance tickets as assigned. Ensure all work complies with environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies. This role requires at least three years of experience in HVAC repair, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical skills, along with EPA certification and HVAC installation expertise. A valid driver's license and passing criminal background check are mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years old or older
- At least 3 years' experience in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills
- EPA Certified (Type 2 or Universal)
- HVAC installation experience
- HVAC troubleshooting experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 100 lbs
- Initiative and customer service skill
Desired Qualifications
- Apartment maintenance experience
- Spanish language skills
