Job Summary
Repair and/or install appliances and HVAC units in apartment units; complete service requests in a timely, proficient manner; provide excellent customer service to residents; comply with environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies; lift up to 100 lbs; EPA Certification (Type 2 or Universal) required; 3+ years of HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills; HVAC installation and troubleshooting experience; valid driver's license; background check and pre-employment drug testing; Spanish language skills a plus; benefits include Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k), paid holidays and vacation, paid sick time, Maternity Leave, disability and life insurance, pet insurance, and more; EOE-GSC.
