Job Summary
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems while performing routine maintenance, tune-ups, and emergency repairs. Identify mechanical, electrical, and airflow issues to implement effective solutions, installing or replacing components such as compressors, motors, capacitors, and refrigerant lines. Test system performance using diagnostic tools, communicate findings and recommendations clearly with homeowners, and accurately complete service documentation in ServiceTitan. Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and adhere to all safety protocols, EPA guidelines, and company policies. Participate in on-call rotation and support overtime during peak seasons.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on HVAC service experience
- EPA 608 Certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Professional appearance, communication, and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage daily routes efficiently
Desired Qualifications
- NATE Certification
- Experience with heat pumps, mini-splits, and high-efficiency systems
- Experience using ServiceTitan or similar field service software
