Service Technician II

Job Summary
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cooking kitchen equipment, refrigeration, and HVAC systems. Communicate repair status updates with customers and the branch, coordinate parts orders, and complete service calls accurately and promptly. Audit truck stock to ensure required parts are available and maintain the service vehicle, tools, and uniforms per Whaley standards. Meet on-call requirements and demonstrate independent work capability with strong attention to detail and solid communication skills. Journeyman license and/or CFESA certification are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Three years experience in commercial kitchen repair and or refrigeration/HVAC
- Valid Driver's license and driving record that aligns with our safety standards
- Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required
