Service Technician II

Perform basic diagnostics and repairs on agricultural, lawn & garden turf, and construction equipment. Participate in Service EDUCATE Training programs to develop necessary skills and maintain current knowledge of John Deere and competitive products. Maintain a clean work area, complete all required reports and forms, and account for reported time and materials used in assigned duties. Support management in pursuing corporate policies, plans, and long-term objectives while working in a neat and orderly fashion.
