Job Summary
Service Technician II at Kenco Fleet Services performing maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance on Material Handling Equipment, automated systems, and conveyors; schedule PMs and maintain records; inspect forklifts and related equipment for OSHA compliance; utilize repair and parts manuals and diagrams to troubleshoot engines, transmissions, and conveyors; communicate issues to onsite personnel and Parts Manager; maintain cleanliness and accurate records; operate lift trucks and adhere to safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, G.E.D. or tech school graduate
- 2-4 years of mechanic experience preferred or required
- Must be able to frequently lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs
- Supply own mechanic technician hand tools
- Must be able to safely operate lift trucks
- Ability to read electrical and hydraulic system schematics
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems on multiple types of equipment
