Service Technician II

Job Summary
The Service Technician II performs resident maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general home systems, travels daily throughout the assigned market to service requests using company tools, and upholds safety and regulatory standards (OSHA, EPA, ADA, Fair Housing, HAZCOM). Responsibilities include completing maintenance tasks, conducting inspections, responding to residents promptly, prioritizing requests by urgency, maintaining fleet and tools, and ensuring quality repairs while delivering strong customer service.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong background in residential construction, maintenance, and remodeling across multiple trades
- Experience performing repairs and maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, appliances, and general home infrastructure
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation for extensive field travel
