Job Summary
Diagnose and repair basic and complex maintenance issues including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and exterior structures like stairs and flooring. Address ceiling leaks and perform repairs across a 336-unit apartment community in northwest Houston. Maintain resident satisfaction by completing all aspects of property maintenance quickly and professionally. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with weekends and on-call rotations as circumstances warrant. Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification required, plus at least one year of on-site property maintenance experience.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in on-site property maintenance at an apartment community
- Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment
- Weekends as circumstances warrant
- on-call twice a month
- Valid Texas Driver's License
- Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification
