Job Summary
Oversee and perform maintenance across residential loft apartments and common areas, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems; diagnose defects, perform repairs, and complete preventative maintenance; manage the make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and punch lists, and coordinate scheduling of vendors and contractors; respond to after-hours emergency calls as needed; operate with a focus on safety, quality, and resident satisfaction; requires possession of proper tools, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 150 pounds; weekend/holiday/evening work may be required. Education includes a high school diploma with professional maintenance knowledge; EPA certification preferred; college certifications are a plus. This role is based in Warner Robins, GA and involves on-site work in a professional office/maintenance environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of multifamily facilities/apartment maintenance (property management)
- Experience with electrical, plumbing and HVAC
- HVAC knowledge and experience
- EPA certification preferred
- Possession of personal tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 150 pounds
- Available for weekend, holiday and evening work
- High school diploma required
- College degree and/or certifications are a plus
