Job Summary
Service Technician for ICEE equipment responsible for servicing frozen beverage and related equipment, performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs with minimal supervision. Functions include checking syrup levels, cleaning around machines, inventory maintenance, documenting work, coordinating with customers and colleagues, and performing warehouse duties such as shipping/receiving. Training provided via ICEE Academy; position includes company vehicle, gas card, uniform, cell phone, and ongoing professional development. Requires strong mechanical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive as part of the role; location focused in Portland, OR with on-site duties.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical background
- Graduate of Technical or Vocational school, preferred
- Valid Real-ID Driver’s License
- Ability to lift 55 lbs. or more on a regular basis
- Willing and able to drive more than 40% of the time
- Must have and wear steel-toed shoes
