Job Summary
Conduct dispatched service calls for frozen and non-carbonated dispensers, fountain equipment, ice makers, and juice dispensers. Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot service problems, and complete repairs while checking syrup levels and cleaning machines. Maintain inventory for parts and tools, manage the company vehicle, and document all work performed. Execute general warehouse duties including cleaning, organizing, rotating product, and shipping/receiving equipment. Communicate clearly with customers and supervisors regarding concerns and up-selling opportunities. Review service orders with the supervisor and close out activities upon completion. Requires a valid Real-ID driver's license, ability to lift 55+ lbs regularly, and willingness to drive more than 40% of the time.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical background
- Must possess and maintain a valid Real-ID Driver's License
- Ability to lift 55 lbs. or more on a regular basis
- Occasional lifting in excess of 70 lbs.
- Must have and wear steel-toed shoes
- Must be able to successfully maintain customer relations, interpersonal relationships, team relations, and service
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Must be a self-starter and be able to accomplish tasks in a timely manner
- Great oral and written communication skills
- Must be comfortable performing basic mathematical functions
- Must be able to drive more than 40% of the time
- Must be self-motivated and have the ability to stay on task with minimal to no supervision
Desired Qualifications
- Graduate of Technical or Vocational school, preferred
