Job Summary
Service Technician I for a 232-unit apartment community in San Antonio. Responsibilities include performing minor repairs and maintenance, preparing vacant apartments to be move-in ready via a duties checklist, walking property grounds and common areas to pick up trash/debris, and handling additional duties assigned by the Community Manager or Service Supervisor. Requires physical ability, ability to follow verbal and written instructions, capacity to work independently and in a team, and a valid Texas driver's license. Work hours are 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday–Friday with weekends on-call as needed. Required Qualifications
- At least 6 months of previous maintenance experience on an apartment community, commercial building, or single-family residences.
