Job Summary
Install and maintain core oil management products at customer locations across the food service industry, performing routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting. Communicate with clients to ensure product performance meets expectations while training staff on system usage and coaching on operational procedures. Manage service vehicles and maintain proper parts and supply levels, utilizing iPhone apps for parts, customer notes, and clocking. Meet operational goals for service labor hours and first-time-right metrics while adhering to DOT, OSHA, and HACCP regulations. Carry 50 pounds and climb ladders up to 20 feet as needed. Work Tuesday through Saturday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm with potential for night installations based on demand.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Ability to problem solve customer issues for installation and service
- Ability to perform basic mechanical and/or electrical duties
- Strong customer focus and ability to respond to challenging customer situations in a positive manner
- Ability to carry 50 pounds by hand
- Unrestricted ability to bend, stoop, squat, stand, walk, climb, twist, turn and reach out
- Ability to climb up and down a ladder as high as 20 feet in the air
- Must meet Restaurant Technologies' Fleet Safety requirements
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Passing a DOT-mandated pre-employment drug test
