Job Summary
Install and maintain core oil management products across food service locations, performing routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting for existing customers. Conduct new customer training while communicating to ensure product performance meets expectations. Operate a DOT-regulated vehicle to meet operational goals, manage parts inventory, and utilize iPhone apps for parts, notes, and clocking. Perform basic mechanical and electrical duties, including climbing ladders up to 20 feet and carrying 50 pounds, while adhering to safety standards and local regulations. Work Monday through Friday from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm, with potential night installation based on demand.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Ability to problem solve customer issues for installation and service
- Ability to perform basic mechanical and/or electrical duties
- Strong customer focus and ability to respond to challenging customer situations in a positive manner
- Ability to carry 50 pounds by hand
- Unrestricted ability to bend, stoop, squat, stand, walk, climb, twist, turn and reach out
- Ability to climb up and down a ladder as high as 20 feet in the air
- Must meet Restaurant Technologies' Fleet Safety requirements
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Subject to passing a DOT-mandated pre-employment drug test
