Job Summary
Conduct on-site service calls for local and out-of-town customers to perform installation and repair of windows, doors, and glass. Operate service truck, replace sealed units, adjust windows, and perform heavy lifting of glass while maintaining detailed paperwork. Handle on-site problems as they occur, inspect job sites, and comply with all Health & Safety regulations. Represent All Weather Windows in a professional manner and perform shop service work as required. Requires valid Class 5 Driver's License, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to work overtime and travel.
Required Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude, skill and experience with hand tools
- Good customer relations, written and verbal communication skills
- Innovative and problem-solving skills
- Mechanically inclined and able to work on scaffolding at heights over 12 feet
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
- Must be physically fit to perform heavy lifting of glass
- Must be a team player and able to work with minimal supervision
- Flexible and adaptable in any situation
- Position will require working overtime and short notice
- Travel may be required
- Must have a valid Class 5 Driver's License and clean Driver's Abstract
- Must pass pre-employment Drug & Alcohol Testing
Desired Qualifications
- Experienced technician with some product knowledge preferred
