Job Summary
Service Technician in a multifamily property: diagnose problems, perform general repairs, assist with apartment make-readies, and support preventive maintenance and construction/rehabilitation projects. Responsibilities include completing maintenance requests, troubleshooting HVAC, ensuring safety and OSHA compliance, maintaining tools, posting notices as needed, and contributing to on-call coverage. Requires basic computer skills, ability to perform manual tasks, and own industry-specific tools; physical ability for lifting up to 50 pounds and working in varied weather. On-site role with standard Monday–Friday schedule and potential overtime/on-call commitments.
Required Qualifications
- Six months to one-year general maintenance and safety experience
- High School or GED (General Education Diploma) is a plus
