Job Summary
Service Technician I at BH supports overseeing property assets and delivering customer satisfaction by diagnosing problems, performing general repairs, assisting with apartment make-readies, and supporting preventive maintenance and rehabilitation projects. The role requires completing maintenance tasks to move-in-ready standards, troubleshooting HVAC, addressing hazards, following safety policies (OSHA and internal guidelines), and assisting with communication to residents. Required Qualifications
- Six months to one-year general maintenance and safety experience
- High School or GED (General Education Diploma) is a plus
- Working knowledge of HVAC
- Regularly performs manual, task-oriented work under direct supervision
- Own hand tools required
