Service Technician - HVAC IV

Job Summary
Service, troubleshoot, and repair complex HVAC equipment including centrifugal and screw-type chillers, central plants, boilers, and building systems. Perform scheduled maintenance, drive to customer sites, train technicians, troubleshoot air and water flow, and complete equipment logs and project documentation. Communicate with Team Lead, Coordination Staff, Sales Staff, and Customers; complete tasks with minimal assistance; complete all paperwork timely; observe and correct unsafe work environments; participate in on-call rotation; maintain tools and company vehicle; perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
- Universal EPA Certification
- Proficient with troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining commercial HVAC equipment
- Ability to write reports
- Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug test
- Ability to show up on time, ready to work and in uniform
- Ability to communicate with both internal and external customers
- Physical Demands: heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, vision requirements, etc.
