Job Summary
Diagnose, maintain and repair Lucid Motors vehicles with a focus on EV/HEV systems. Maintain high voltage and low voltage knowledge, document repairs using the appropriate software, and collaborate with advisors and managers to ensure a positive customer experience. ASE certifications preferred within 6-8 months of hire with Lucid reimbursing related costs. Role requires strong customer-facing communication, ability to use Microsoft Office and proprietary DMS software, and willingness to complete CPR training post-hire. Also includes opportunities to support mobile service and remote work as needed; CDL or driver’s license with clean record required.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience as an automotive service technician
- experience with EV/HEV diagnosis and repair
- Knowledge of High Voltage and Low Voltage systems
- EPA 609 Certification
- Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year
