Job Summary
Assemble, install, and commission agricultural and construction equipment to manufacturer specifications. Set up, adjust, and calibrate workshop tools and machinery, while performing machining, fabrication, and repairs on hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Interact with OEMs to resolve issues, engage with customers to support their goals, and collaborate with parts and sales teams. Complete service documentation for every job and work safely within established guidelines. This full-time role is based at the Townsville Industrial branch on Woolcock Street, Garbutt, with opportunities for overtime and overnight travel. Candidates require trade qualification as a Diesel Fitter Mechanic with heavy construction equipment experience.
Required Qualifications
- Trade-qualified Diesel Fitter Mechanic
- Ability to travel and stay overnight if required
- Openness to participating in overtime opportunities
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Team-focused attitude and pride in your workmanship
- Must be able to participate in drug and alcohol testing

- Heavy Construction Equipment experience
- Solid hydraulic and electrical diagnostic skills
