Job Summary
Repair and maintain all plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and painting needs of the community. Launch into action when maintenance issues arise, collaborating with teammates and prioritizing service requests to earn resident trust. Monitor apartment vacancies daily, initiating the turnover process with painting, cleaning, and repairing. Safeguard equipment with regular tune-ups and walk the property daily to inspect areas for cleanliness and safety. Work a flexible schedule including weekends with rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies. Valid driver's license and EPA license preferred; certification costs covered by Hilltop Residential.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of hands-on general maintenance experience
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies
- Valid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation
- EPA Universal or HVAC certification
Desired Qualifications
- EPA license preferred
