Job Summary
Service residential A/V, home theater, network, control, lighting, shading, and security systems by reading floor plans, interpreting technical documents, and understanding wiring and signal flow. Troubleshoot systems including Crestron, Savant, Control4, Josh.Ai, and Lutron QSX; perform control system programming and recommend upgrades when necessary. Train clients on system use and provide excellent customer service while maintaining complete service records using company software. Work full-time Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 4:30pm with an on-call rotation involving one to two Saturdays per month and evenings until 8pm. Earn $65k to $80k annually with medical, dental, and vision benefits, 15 days PTO, and six paid holidays.

- Advanced understanding of networking
- Advanced troubleshooting of devices

- Maintain complete service records
Desired Qualifications
- Experience programming Savant, C4, and Josh.ai (PREFERRED)
