Job Summary
Complete repairs, service work, and production tasks on all commercial flat roofing systems including EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, and metal roofing while working alongside an experienced Service Foreman. This entry-level full-time position requires climbing ladders, lifting 50+ lbs regularly, and maintaining a valid driver's license with a personal vehicle. Candidates must be dependable and attend work daily. Starting pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with wages increasing based on skills and experience. Properly trained helpers can advance to Foreman roles with their own service trucks.
