Job Summary
Service Technician at Groundworks responsible for visiting homeowners, assessing needs, and presenting foundation and water management solutions with consultative sales. Responsibilities include traveling to customer appointments, building long-term customer relationships, recommending additional products, performing maintenance and service visits, diagnosing issues, installing purchased products, adhering to safety procedures, documenting job status, and communicating outcomes to the Service Manager. Requires hands-on technical aptitude, ability to travel to homes, strong customer relations, and adherence to safety and company processes. Offered with competitive base pay plus commission and benefits, including paid training, company vehicle, and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- 1 or more years of proven sales experience preferred but not required
- Construction/Home Improvement experience preferred
- Proven customer relations experience preferred
- A valid, non-restrictive Driver's License is required
